She is the founder of Foreverfamily, a non-profit organization that supports children of imprisoned parents. She is also the owner of Sandra Barnhill & Associates, a consulting firm that helps other non-profit organizations strategize for maximum impact.
Sandra is a dedicated social justice advocate whose work reflects her commitment to uplifting marginalized communities. As a Southern Black woman, she has drawn from her own experiences to shape a unique and compassionate approach to social justice, deeply rooted in resilience and empathy.
