Tough Mind, Tender Heart Brings Together Frontline Activists To Engage In An Inspiring “Tough Talk” Session

On January 22 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM EST, social justice website, toughmindtenderheart.com, brings together two passionate, frontline activists to engage in a critical and stimulating discussion about their work. The “Tough Talk” session gives activist-centered organizations and individuals the opportunity to engage with ideas and each other by bringing together diverse activists from similar fields. The January 22 session will feature two food justice advocates: Anthony Flaccavento, organic farmer from Virginia, and Kwabena Nkromo, Atlanta leader for urban agriculture development.
